The short version
- We collect very little. Adults can join our launch list or send us a message. That’s it for most visitors.
- We don’t sell personal information, show ads, or use advertising or tracking cookies.
- GC Club, Style Studio, and GC Academy “On This Device” mode save progress only in your own browser. We don’t receive it.

1. Who we are
gisellechanel.com (the “Site”) is operated by Kemp Ventures, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Tyler, Texas (“we,” “us”). Giselle Chanel is a family brand managed by a parent. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
Information you give us (adults only)
- Launch list: your email address, so we can tell you when the Crown Collection launches.
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and your message, so we can reply.
- GC Academy parent account (when available): your email address, a password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form by our login provider), and a record of the permissions you give. Your children’s learning profiles are described in the Children’s Privacy Notice.
Our forms are for adults 18 and older. Please don’t include information about children in messages to us.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. It’s used to deliver the Site and to keep it secure. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your message or send the launch notice you asked for.
- To run GC Academy family accounts you create, including saving learning progress and showing it to you.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To follow the law and protect our rights and the safety of our family and users.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build marketing profiles.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. In that case this Policy would continue to protect it.
5. Videos, social media, and links
Our videos are hosted by YouTube and TikTok. YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and a video loads from those services only when you press play. Once it does, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies. Photos in the GC Club This or That game load from Unsplash, a free photo service, which receives basic technical information such as your IP address. No personal information is sent. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or our online store take you to sites with their own policies, which we don’t control. Purchases made through our online store are covered by that store’s checkout terms and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and device storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. GC Club, Style Studio, and GC Academy in “On This Device” mode use your browser’s local storage to remember scores, outfits, settings, and learning progress on your device only. It isn’t sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings or from the GC Academy parent area. If you sign in to a GC Academy parent account, our login provider uses a small sign-in token to keep you logged in.
Because we don’t track you across websites, there is nothing for “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off, but we honor them anyway.
7. Children
Parts of the Site are made for children: GC Club, Style Studio, and GC Academy. These areas have no ads, chat, public profiles, photo uploads, or purchases. GC Club and Style Studio don’t collect any personal information. GC Academy family accounts are created and controlled by a parent, after the parent gives permission, and children use nicknames only. Please read our Children’s Privacy Notice for the full details, including your rights as a parent.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent’s permission, email info@gisellechanel.com and we will delete it.
8. How long we keep information
- Launch list: until the launch notice is sent and you unsubscribe, or 3 years, whichever comes first.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years after our conversation ends, unless we need them longer for a business or legal reason.
- Hosting logs: kept by our host for a short period under its own retention settings.
- GC Academy accounts: see the retention schedule in the Children’s Privacy Notice.
9. Security
The Site uses HTTPS encryption. Access to stored information is limited to the people who need it to run the Site. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information and will notify you if the law requires it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to remove you from our list, by emailing info@gisellechanel.com. Depending on where you live (including Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will answer within 60 days.
11. Changes to this Policy
If we change this Policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use children’s information, we’ll notify parents and ask for new permission where the law requires.
