What is GC Club?
GC Club is a family membership that unlocks all of GC Academy (every reading passage, every Writer’s Corner lesson, all math skills and practice modes) plus all printable writing tools and every Color & Decorate Studio page. New content is added over time.
What stays free?
All GC Arcade games, plus a free sample of every GC Academy studio, Find My Level, Fast Facts, and the dictionary and Word Finder. Your child never loses access to the free version.
How much does it cost?
$7.99 a month or $59 a year, plus sales tax where required. Up to 2 children are included. See GC Academy pricing and our Billing & Refund Policy.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Your membership includes up to 2 children, and you can add up to 6 children in all in the Parent Center. Starting with your 3rd child, each additional child is $3.99 a month on the Monthly plan or $29 a year on the Yearly plan (for example, 3 children on the Monthly plan is $7.99 + $3.99 = $11.98 a month). You’ll see the price and confirm before a 3rd (or later) child is added; the first charge is prorated for the rest of your billing period. Remove a child anytime and your price goes down at your next bill. Each child gets their own nickname, progress, and reports. See GC Academy pricing and our Billing & Refund Policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New members can use the code TRYGCCLUB on the Monthly plan for a free first month. A card is required, and the plan renews at $7.99 a month unless you cancel before the free month ends. See the Promo Code Rules.
Who creates the account?
Only a parent or guardian 18 or older. Children never sign up, enter an email, or make purchases. Kids use nicknames only.
How do I sign in? Is there a password?
No password. Enter your email on the GC Club page and we’ll email you a 6-digit code (from info@gisellechanel.com). Type the code, or tap the link in the email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Can we use it on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in on each device your family uses (phone, tablet, computer). Your membership is checked automatically, and you may be asked to sign in again from time to time. A membership is for one household; please don’t share it with other families.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at gisellechanel.com/club and choose Manage billing or cancel. You keep GC Club until the end of the time you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t refund partial months or years, but if you were charged by mistake, we’ll make it right. Details are in our Billing & Refund Policy.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Yes, anytime under Manage billing. You’ll see any credit or charge before you confirm.
Is it safe for my child?
Yes. Our kids’ areas have no ads, no chat, no public profiles, and no purchases. Children never type their own name or contact details, and they see only a nickname. Free practice stays on your device. If you add a child in the Parent Center (after giving permission), we save that child’s learning progress to your family account for one school year: you get a Year-End Progress Report in mid-June, and the detailed activity is deleted on July 1. You can delete a child’s data or withdraw permission anytime. Read our Children’s Privacy Notice and Family Safety page.
What information do you keep about me?
Your email address, your plan and renewal date, a customer ID from Stripe, your Parent Center settings, and a record of the permission you gave. Stripe handles your card; we never see your full card number. See our Privacy Policy.
Will GC Academy improve my child’s grades?
GC Academy is supplemental practice aligned to Texas (TEKS) and Common Core skills. Many kids enjoy practicing more, but we can’t promise any grade or test result, and it isn’t a replacement for their teacher.
