Family Safety
Effective October 3, 2026 · Operated by Kemp Ventures, LLC
Giselle Chanel is run by a parent, and the children in our videos are our family. Their safety comes before views, followers, or sales. Here is how we protect them, how we protect your kids on our Site, and how you can help.
How we protect the children in our content
- The children appear only with parental permission, and a parent supervises all filming and posting.
- We don’t share their last names, ages, birthdays, schools, home area, or daily routines.
- We post content after it’s filmed, not live from where we are, and we remove details that could show a location.
- We review and remove location data from photos and videos before posting.
- The children don’t read or answer direct messages. All messages go to a parent.
- We don’t do private meetups. Any public appearance is arranged by a parent through official channels.
- We moderate comments and remove anything inappropriate.
How we protect your kids on our Site
- GC Club, Style Studio, and GC Academy have no ads, chat, messaging, public profiles, or leaderboards.
- Kids use a nickname only in GC Academy. Real full names, numbers, emails, and personal details are blocked.
- Kids can’t buy anything. Family rewards go to the parent only.
- A parent PIN protects settings and reports.
- See our Children’s Privacy Notice for exactly what is and isn’t collected.
How you can help
- Please don’t download, edit, repost, or use the children’s images or voices in AI tools. This is also required by our Terms of Use.
- Please don’t try to find out where the children live or go to school, and don’t share it if you know.
- Send fan mail, business, and brand requests to info@gisellechanel.com. A parent reads every message.
- Our only official accounts are linked from this website. If you see an account pretending to be us, please report it to the platform and let us know.
Tips for kids
- Use a fun nickname online, never your real full name.
- Never share your address, school, phone number, or photos with people you don’t know.
- If anything online makes you feel uncomfortable, stop and tell a grown-up you trust.
Report a concern
If you see something that could put a child at risk, email info@gisellechanel.com with the subject “Safety.” We read safety reports first. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. To report online exploitation of a child, contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
