Who can write a review?

Parents, caregivers and teachers who are 18 or older. Children cannot post reviews.

Why isn’t my review showing yet?

Every review is read by a person before it appears. That usually takes a day or two. If it is still missing after a week, email us at the address in the footer.

Do you only publish good reviews?

No. We publish honest reviews, positive or critical. We hold back only reviews with links, spam, rude language, or details about a child.

Can I change or remove my review?

Yes. Email us and we will edit or delete it.

Will my email be shown?

Never. It is optional and used only to write back to you.

Does anyone get paid or rewarded for reviews?

No. We never pay, discount or reward anyone for a review.
